We’re Comin’ For Ya, 2018!!

Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, and all that jazz!

And just like that Christmas is going to be over, and we will be ringing in 2018! And with that comes a fresh start, new goals, big plans, and just a renewed vision for the upcoming year! Have you already been thinking about it? I sure have! I think 2018 is going to bring lots of exciting and challenging things for me personally as well as Libby's Boutique.

If you have been following my blog, you know we are in the process of adopting a 16 year old from Poland. We did receive some good news this past week that the adoption can move forward so that was exciting! We had a little bit of a hiccup, but that was resolved! Of course we are over the moon about adopting her, but it obviously comes with some anxiousness as well. I mean we are empty nesters who are fixing to do this whole raising children thing over again! haha! We did a pretty good job with our own daughters so hopefully we will next time around! We hope to be traveling to Poland this summer!

So what about these two daughters I mentioned. This is one of the exciting new adventures planned for Libby's Boutique in 2018. It takes a big team of people to make a boutique a success whether it be a brick and mortar store or online. We have both! And at my fingertips are two very talented daughters that can bring so much to our business. Not only are they beautiful girls, but they are motivated to be successful! They love Jesus and they love helping the less fortunate, and that is the purpose behind Libby's Boutique. And even though we all have much in common, we are different, which will bring a lot of diversity to the table, and thus move our mission forward.

Paige, our oldest daughter, is the one you see on our website. She is a high school math teacher and has 3 children, one boy and two girls. Mac, her son, is adopted from the country of Latvia. Paige has such a heart for orphans as well as her students in school. If you follow her on Instagram @orphan.advocate, you will quickly see she is always advocating for orphans. Our mission is to help families with their financial expenses. Adopting internationally is very expensive and can often be a bump in the road for many, so our goal is to help ease the burden. Paige also handles our website, and since we have a brand new one, she is very busy learning all it has to offer! We are counting on 2018 being a big year for our website, and because of that, we will be able to help more families.

Taylor is our youngest daughter, and she is very good with social media! She has such a nitch for posting awesome pictures and great content. We truly believe she will be a huge factor for us as we strive to make our company the best it can be! Taylor is a beautiful girl with a heart bent for helping others as well so I am confident she will be a game changer for us! Follow her on facebook@Taylor Giger, and on Instagram@tgigerr. Whew! There is a lot going on with us for 2018, but we thank you for joining us on this journey of fashionably making a difference in the lives of others!
